Meet the Team
Culture Curated is a team of HR Professionals with over 50 years of combined HR experience.
Season brings innovation and experience in designing, building, and leading large HR organizations. Season has been the HR business partner for large manufacturing organizations, led HR Compliance for a large government contractor. Most recently, Season envisioned, designed and led the HR Analytics function from scratch which included the data science function. Throughout Season’s career, she has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to diagnose and present solutions designed to meet business needs and protect company culture.

Co-founder & Principal Consultant
Trained as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Yuliana brings experience spanning the shop floor to the C-Suite. Yuliana has experience in international human resources, supply chain, organizational design, leadership, and executive coaching. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated that team and company culture are critical to creating sustainable financial success. In addition to her HR experience, Yuliana has developed a mastery of strategic planning. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in French.

Lisa brings extensive Human Resources experience in international Human Resources, designing and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, executive coaching, nurturing healthy company cultures, and driving initiatives to achieve engaged, high-performance organizations. Lisa brings a pragmatic approach to designing solutions that strike the right balance of driving engagement and business results. Partnering with executives at startups and large organizations alike across manufacturing, construction, corporate, and tech organizations, Lisa is well-known for simplifying the complex and driving change in highly ambiguous environments. She is passionate about investing in others through mentorship, career, talent, and leadership development. She is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
